Stop Frame Reflection

I just did my stop frame animation project. I am going to tell you what was the most fun, what was the most challenging part of the animation, and also the most important thing I learned.

The most fun part of the project was definitely the Claymation. It was fun because I like creating cartoons. You create cartoons by taking photos of clay figures. Although it was hard I had a fun time doing it. Our clay wasn’t the best because it was really hard. My partner, Taylor and I are not very good at molding clay. It was something I looked forward to in the morning.

The hardest part of the assignment was the computer part. We were always messing up. Our computer did not work right. The audio was really hard to get it in the right place. Then we had to move scenes around on the computer. it just got really difficult because I didn’t know how to work IMovie . I am glad that part is done but it was a good experience.

There were many things I learned during this project. The most important thing I learned was computer and camera skills. Before this project I barely knew how to use a camera. Then I got good at all the technology aspects of the project. Which were working every thing. Now I could do this project over again, do better at it and do it faster.

After this project I was really happy we did it. I learned a lot, although it was very challenging. Taylor and I worked well together and we both did our part and we had a lot of fun doing it.
